Virat Engineering Private Limited is a result of an experience of over three and a half decade in the field of boiler repairs, fabrication and erection of steam pipelines, other heavy duty fabrications like chimney, tanks, etc. A long experience of the promoters with outside inspecting agencies and consultants like. H & G, TCE and EIL has helped to formulate the strict inspection procedures that are vital for an equipment like boiler.

Situated within the municipal limits of Baroda, the company is well equipped with necessary manpower, machineries and other essentials.

Virat Engineering Private Limited manufacturing programme, in the first phase, covers the manufacture of packaged, smoke tube type, multitubular, horizontal industrial steam boilers. The boilers are designed to meet the fluctuating load requirements with adequate water and steam spaces.

We offer boilers with oil, gas, coal and combination firing systems. The burners will be form reputed suppliers using the technology of pressure jet firing. The burners offered by us are of on/off type, high/low type and modulating type, with the best possible turn down. the burner supplied by us are perfectly matched with the furnace geometry of the boiler and the flame patterns of these burners are designed to give maximum combustion efficiencies. Boilers are manufactured as per the latest design regulations stipulated by Indian Boiler Regulations. Boiler quality steel plates and tubes are used in the construction of the boiler, The boilers are fusion welded and pass through stage wise inspections during manufacture. The boilers are inspected for radiographic weld joints and wherever necessary, stress relieved.

The Boilers are supplied with a scale prevention device named "AQUATREAT". This device is fitted in suction line of feed pump and prevents generation of hard scale inside Boiler. "AQUATREAT" consumes very few mili Amps. "AQUATREAT" is an IBR approved attachment and hence can be easily used in a Boiler. "AQUATREAT" unit is available on maximum pipe size of 14" and which also can be used with other equipments for the purpose of scale prevention.

With all above experience and to meet with the requirement of chlorine cylinders we have decided to start with the manufacturing of chlorine toners in 1997 and accordingly commenced projects immediately. we have started productions of chlorine toners in 1999 after getting a license to manufacture the same from Chief Controller of Explosives after passing all the tough tests required for getting license.
